Project Management Coordination Unit is to provide a centralised project management service dedicated to coordinating project management activities for all donor funded projects in Niue through effective stakeholder relationships.

The objective of the procurement policy is to ensure that well informed purchase decisions are made on behalf of government. This relates to all procurement activities relating to capital and operating expenditure unless departure from the policy is expressly authorised by cabinet for reasons outlined in the policy.
